More About Shaun Miller:
Shaun Miller has spent more than 20 years working in live production, technology, and church environments across the country.
His experience spans concert production, large-scale events, and leading technical teams inside growing churches — building systems, developing volunteers, and helping production environments run with clarity and excellence.
Today Shaun serves as Central Campus Technical Director at Rolling Hills Community Church in Franklin, Tennessee, where he oversees production and IT strategy across multiple campuses while leading teams of staff and volunteers.
Along the way he has contributed to industry conversations through conferences, publications, and advisory roles across the church production community.
But the part of production Shaun cares most about isn’t the gear.
It’s the people, the culture, and the leadership decisions that shape
what happens behind the scenes.
