With a background as a Creative Pastor and a bachelor’s degree in Church Leadership, he now serves on the Ministry Brands team creating social and educational content. He hosts the Church Leadership Lab podcast and has been featured in Outreach Magazine and as a speaker at various ministry conferences. His insights have shaped churches through influential organizations like Church Motion Graphics (CMG), The Creative Pastor, and Piedmont Chapel. Outside of work, Kendall is a husband, father of three, and outdoor enthusiast who enjoys camping, hiking, and time on the lake.

Jessica has served in leadership roles within her local church and is passionate about equipping others for ministry and growing generosity. She is the cohost of the Church Leadership Lab podcast, has hosted over 100 large-scale webinars, and has spoken at numerous conferences, sharing insights on faith, leadership, and innovation in ministry. Jessica lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma with her husband, their two teenage children, and a lively household that includes a dog, a cat, and a small flock of backyard chickens.
