As the Executive Vice President of Operations, Daniel provides senior leadership for the overall business operations of Ministry Brands, as well as Sales, Marketing, IT, Innovation, and Product Development. Daniel is charged with expanding and managing growth by creating a culture of accountability across the organization, establishing metrics, and developing a long-term business strategy.
Prior to Ministry Brands, Daniel was with Active Network for 6 years in various and expanding executive leadership positions. For four years prior, he was on the executive team at Zappos.com, where he helped grow the company through its acquisition with Amazon.com in 2009. Daniel also was on the leadership team at Expedia, Inc. where he supported their expanding multi-brand strategy in the online travel market. He began his career, spending 7 years in the hotel technology distribution industry, at Pegasus Solutions, who created the first travel website where consumers could book hotel rooms online called travelweb.com.
Outside of work, Daniel and his wife enjoy supporting their kids in various sports and spending time with the family on vacations to the mountains in the winter and to the beach in the summer. He and his family attend St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Frisco, Texas.
Daniel graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1996 majoring in Finance.
